[He releases them and lets them approach the podium with him, but, mmm . . . three is a lot to watch over when he's going to be very busy in here, so after some consideration, he recalls Toxicroak and Bronzong, leaving himself with Crobat, who seems pleased by this and flaps along behind him to the podium. Once he's there, he reaches out into the empty space, just to see if he can sense anything of what used to be there.]

He sees that object again, at least in the split second right after he blinks. The image gives him no real indication of what it is, or how it works, just the sense of this should be here, this is what belongs here, but it's just... not.

[Hmmm. He can't do anything about that, huh. But now he knows to keep an eye out! After a moment checking out the area, he heads up the stairs and to the middle door on the highest level. Here we go.]
