So, you know how Ritsuka herself sometimes appears to be intensely cursed?
The ring itself is pretty ordinary in a material sense: a heavy solid gold band, without any sort of adornment, but this ring feels like both the key and the counter to unknown amounts of curses, intensely powerful. This is the sort of ring that was not made by or for humans.
It seems more interested in poking back, trying to whack his fingers with the sharp part of its eyes.
But if he looks around the room while having this little pokefest, he might see something on the wall that's on the opposite side of the bed from where he's standing.
It appears to be vaguely in the outline of a door. The closer he gets, the brighter the outline becomes, like it's trying to come into existence and just can't manage, quite yet.
Unfortunately, when the door is magic, it's still more wall than it is door, so I guess he can enjoy getting like halfway into the wall and bouncing off something that feels a lot like stone.
The tentacle taps at the plate thoughtfully a few times, just sort of digging around in it. It has no mouth to eat, either, but it seems pretty pleased with this situation.
[pats the tentacle lad before... STRAIGHTENING UP THIS MESS OF A ROOM. you will have organization for five minutes, Ritsuka, if only so he can determine if there's anything like that gold ring or something here.
though at some point, he's definitely gonna be full of:]
Just how much of this stuff are you touching, Gojo, because a lot of the general clutter--really, anything that isn't directly color-coded with something from a Reverie team--is going to be a Lot Of Feelings that bleed through with the contact. It might be a lot of stuff, but it appears to be there's a lot of emotional connection with all of the things.
A leggy hound dog, with a Saber symbol tied to its neck.
A puppy with little deer antlers with a Caster symbol on its collar.
A disgruntled-looking fat rabbit with a blindfold, with an Archer symbol printed on the blindfold.
A dragon curled around a full moon, which has a Rider symbol etched among the craters.
A slim-bladed sword, with a Saber symbol etched into the hilt.
A sleek dark-furred cat with a Lancer symbol under her paw.
A dragon with a scroll in one clawed paw, a Ruler symbol printed on the unfurled paper.
A model of the planet Saturn, with a Crobat perched on top of it and a Toxicroak seated beside it. The Crobat has a Caster symbol in one claw.
A fluffy round dragon, not unlike a Squishable, with a Rider symbol in her teeth.
A mutt dog with a large red heart in its mouth, with the Lancer symbol on it.
The symbols won't be familiar to him, though there is a sense that these are deliberately sorted and picked for reasons. Three of these (the antlered dog, the planet model, and the round dragon) also give him immediate warm and fuzzy feelings, which will clarify if he holds them for longer.
It's a very cute rabbit! It's round! It has a pink nose! It gives the sense of affection, though it's a muted kind of thing, but that is tempered mostly with a definite sense of amusement, like she might have anticipated him complaining and still thinks it's funny.
It is, though it is also covered in other stuff. A Best Of Tristan CD, a pair of black bunny ears, we're back to "does anyone really need this much stuff" problem.

[anyway, time to inspect the ring.]
