Naturally he is going to try to go touch the glowing walls as he reorients himself. ]

It's pretty wild! Touching it gives him a kind of muted static shock, a buzz from the energy that is humming in the walls. It doesn't hurt, but it will leave his fingers a little tingly-numb in the aftermath.

Instead he just tries to shake out his hand as he peers at the stairs. Okay, up he goes!! ]

Up the stairs! There are four doors for him, which for the sake of things will be labeled as left, right, top, and bottom.

They are perfectly normal looking doors! They've got little keycard locks next to them, though when he approaches any one, the light beeps from red to green. They don't appear to be actually locked.
